Order Processing
All products are made to order once your purchase is placed. Please allow:
2–7 business days for production and fulfillment.
Additional time for shipping depending on your location and selected shipping method.
During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after production:
United States
Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days
International Orders
Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days
Delivery times vary by country, customs processing, and local postal services.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Quantity ordered
Destination
Shipping method selected
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
Because products may be fulfilled by different Printify production partners, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
We may be unable to modify the address after production begins.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Faithful T’s is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:
Check the tracking information provided.
Contact the shipping carrier.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at [your customer service email] within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

Photos of the issue
A brief description of the problem
If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Returns and Exchanges
Since all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection
Buyer’s remorse
Color preference changes
Ordering mistakes
